We hereby inform that the following Change in management have been carried out in the Company; 1. Re-appointment of Mr. Sunil Kumar Jain, as Chairman and Managing Director The Roard of Directars, after considering the re¢ommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sunil Kumar Jain as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for a further term of five consecutive years, commencing on October 01, 2026 and concluding on September 30, 2031. The re-appointment will be on the existing/revised terms and conditions, including remuneration, as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and is subject to the approval of the Shareholders. 2. Re-appointment of Mr. Utkarsh Jain, as Whole Time Director The Board of Directors, after considering the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Utkarsh Jain as Whole-time Director of the Company for a further term of five consecutive years, commencing on October 01, 2026 and concluding on September 30, 2031. The re-appointment will be on the existing/revised terms and conditions, including remuneration, as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and is subject to the approval of the Shareholders.
