Vadodara, Aug 4, 2026, The Board of Directors of Deepak Chem Tech Limited ("DCTL"), a whotty owned subsidiary of Deepak Nitrite Limited ("Deepak" or the "Company"), has approved a project for the manufacture of Bisphenol A ("BPA") with a capacity of upto 240 KTA, including greenfield infrastructure and retated capitat expenditure for the manufacturing comptex. Accordingty, the Board of DCTL has approved an investment of approximatety t 2,500 Crores, whieh witt be firmed up upon comptetion of detailed engineering. The project witt be funded through an appropriate mix of debt and equity. The DCTL Board has already approved the establishment of lndia's first Potycarbonate resin manufacturing plant, teveraging Trinseo technotogy and associated asset acquisition, as wetl as a Pheno[ ft Acetone manufacturing ptant. With the addition of BPA, Deepak witl move towards creating a highty integrated manufacturing platform spanning the vatue chain from Cumene to Phenol & Acetone, BPA and Polycarbonate resin, inctuding downstream compounding. ln addition to meeting the captive requirements for the manufacturing of Potycarbonate resins, the BPA facitity witt enable Deepak to participate in the rapidty growing lndian market for Bisphenol A used in the manufacture of Epoxy resins. {<'frB,|(****
