We wish to inform you that the Company challenged the aforesaid proceedings before the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras by filing Writ Petition and the Hon’ble High Court, by its order dated 30.07.2026, has been pleased to grant an interim stay of the impugned proceedings dated 22.06.2026. The Company will continue to pursue the matter before the Hon’ble High Court and shall keep the Stock Exchanges informed of any further material developments.
