Subject: Corrigendum to the 14th Annual Report of the Company for the financial year
2025-26 – Disclosure under Regulation 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations 2015.
We are enclosing herewith a “Corrigendum” in relation to the 14th Annual Report of the
Company for the Financial Year 2025-26, which was submitted by the Company to Stock
Exchanges and circulated to the shareholders of the Company along with the notice convening
14th Annual General Meeting of the Company, on July 23, 2026. As already informed to you, the
14th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 17,
2026 at 05:00 p.m. through Audio Visual Means/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM).
The Company has noticed certain inadvertent typographical errors and/or omissions in the 14th
Annual Report and accordingly this Corrigendum is being issued to provide details of the
corrections made therein. The updated 14th Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year
2025-26 after incorporating the changes/corrections specified in this Corrigendum, is being
submitted to the stock exchanges along with this letter and is also being uploaded on the
Company’s website at
https://w.tracxn.com/investor-relations/shareholder-services#annual-general-meeting .
Details of the modifications/corrections made to the Annual Report are set out in Annexure I to
this letter. We further wish to inform that the said inadvertent typographical errors and/or
omissions have no impact on the financial statements of the Company for the financial year
ended 31st March 2026 and that this Corrigendum shall form an integral part of and should be
read in conjunction with the 14th Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26
which was submitted to Exchanges on July 23, 2026.
Apart from the additions/modifications/corrections specified in Annexure I, there are no other
changes in the 14th Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused in this regard.

reflecting the figures for FY25 has been reformatted from 0.00 to “-”. Total Expenses row has
been added, reflecting the figures for FY25 and FY26.
Pg 50- Directors and Key Managerial Personnel, typographical errors in the designations of Mr.
Abhishek Goyal and Mr. Brij Bhushan have been rectified
Pg 105- Note 4, the following text has been added - “Refer Note 34.10 for the other accounting
policies relevant to property, plant and equipment.”
Pg 107- Note 6(a) Under Kotak Equity Arbitrage Direct Growth Plan Units – 3,105,193, the

Pg 133- The duplicate heading "Market Price Risk" has been removed.
Pg 136- Related Party Transactions: The remuneration amounts pertaining to Ms. Surabhi Pasari
(CS) and Mr. Prashant Chandra as at March 31, 2025 have been reformatted to “15.60” and
“16.70” in place of 15.6 and 16.7
Pg 137- Under Fixed Remuneration, the amount has been reformatted from 10 to “10.00”
Pg 142- Serial No. “34.6” has been assigned to the existing line item 'Investments and Other
