Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with the applicable provisions of Schedule III thereto and in continuation of the disclosure made by the Company on 02 August, 2026, the company wants to provide necessary clarification to all stakeholders that the said investigative operations was in connection with an FIR lodged by an individual before the Cyber Crime Police Station, Bengaluru City regarding alleged loan recovery proceedings/ harassment by multiple lending apps/ platforms/ institutions etc. It is confirmed that the company has not funded the customer and there is no relation of the company with the complainant whatsoever. The said FIR and the underlying allegations do not relate to the Company, its operations, business activities or affairs, and the Company is not a party to the said matter.
