and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of
Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, inter
alia,
1. To consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of
the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026.
2. To consider Statutory Auditor’s Draft Limited Review Auditors Report (Standalone and
Consolidated) (As Per Ind As) Of The Company for the Quarter Ended June 30, 2026.
In accordance with the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Insider
Trading in Securities of the Company, the trading window of the Company has been closed
for trading in shares of the Company by its designated persons and their immediate relatives
from July 01, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after declaration of Audited Standalone and
Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended June 30, 2026.
Intimation of the closure of trading window has been submitted to stock exchange(s) on June
26, 2026.
This intimation is also being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.pclindia.in.
