As per Regulation 15(2)(b) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the compliance with the Corporate Governance provisions specified in Regulations 17, 17A, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 24A, 25, 26, 26A, 27 and clauses (b) to (i) and (t) of sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 46 and para C, D, and E of Schedule V is not applicable to companies listed on the SME Exchange. Due to an inadvertent oversight error, while submitting the Corporate Governance XBRL utility for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, the option for Corporate Governance applicability was selected as "Yes". The Company has already filed the Revised XBRL filing along with the Non- Applicability Certificate for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 on 20-07-2026.
