("SSGA") in relation to SSGA's proposed investment in Groww AMC (‘Proposed Transaction’). We are pleased to inform you that all conditions precedent and closing conditions under the transaction documents have been duly fulfilled, including receipt of the requisite regulatory and other approvals. Accordingly, the transactions contemplated under the intimation dated January 14, 2026 have been completed. Pursuant to completion of the Proposed Transaction, SSGA holds voting rights aggregating to 4.85% and an economic interest aggregating to 22.94% of the fully diluted share capital of Groww AMC.
