To consider and finalize the matters to be included in Notice of 32nd AGM including Date, Place & Time of holding 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2026; 4. Other matters as per agenda of the Notice. We hereby inform you that the aforesaid Board Meeting has been rescheduled and will now be held on 10th August, 2026, instead of 11th August, 2026, to consider and transact the aforesaid business. Further, the Trading Window for trading in the Company’s equity shares is already closed w.e.f. 01st July, 2026 and will reopen after 48 hours from declaration of the Financial Results of the Company.
