The delay was primarily attributable to circumstances prevailing during the CIRP, including, inter alia, resignation of Key Managerial Personnel, non-availability of records and other operational constraints. Please be informed that tradingin the equity shares of the Company has remained suspended on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. In view of the continuing suspension of trading, the Company has not issued a separate intimation regarding the closure of the Trading Window in connection with the aforesaid Board Meeting, as the securities of the Company are presently not available for trading on the Stock Exchanges.
