IST, through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). In view of the above and pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Wednesday, August 05, 2026 as the ‘Record Date’ for determining entitlement of shareholders for payment of Dividend for FY 2025-26.
