In this regard, we wish to inform you that the members of the Company have approved the reclassification of Mr. Somnath Lature from “Promoter Group” category to the “Public” category by way of an Ordinary Resolution passed through Postal Ballot on August 01, 2026. Accordingly, Mr. Somnath Lature has been reclassified from “Promoter Group” Category to “Public” Category with effect from August 01, 2026. The said reclassification shall be reflected in the shareholding pattern of the Company from the quarter ending September 2026 onwards.
