At its meeting today, the Board of Directors approved the first interim dividend of ₹1 per share (face value:
₹2) for FY 2026–27, translating into a payout of approximately ₹6.87 cr.

has commented:
Symphony Limited reported its second-highest June quarter consol. revenue and EBITDA, reflecting
resilient domestic demand, disciplined execution and continued progress on strategic diversification
across businesses and geographies.
Consol. Performance:
→ Consolidated revenue and EBITDA were the second highest for the June quarter.
→ Standalone performance was driven by India-led growth, disciplined execution, and expansion in
both gross and EBITDA margins.
→ Beyond India Summer Products (BISP) delivered ₹560 cr. in trailing twelve-month revenue,
contributing 48% and reinforcing Symphony’s strategic diversification from the Indian summer.
→ Bonaire USA recorded 35% revenue growth, driven by the successful scale-up of new air cooler
SKUs.
→ GSK China delivered 43% revenue growth, with operating leverage supporting profitability.
→ IMPCO Mexico revenue declined by 18%, impacted by a muted summer.
→ CTPL Australia revenue softened by 11%.
→ Profitability is up, but sill impacted by
₹5 cr. one-off non-cash expenses in Q1 FY27 and
₹9 cr. higher other income in Q1 FY26, comprising ₹3.6 cr. treasury income, ₹2.9 cr. forex
gain and ₹2.4 cr. one-off income.
Standalone Performance:
→ Standalone revenue was the second highest for the June quarter, underscoring resilience in
domestic demand.
→ India revenue grew 15%, supported by volume growth. Modern trade more than doubled, while
digital channels, including D2C, remained highly profitable.
→ With trade and company inventory fully normalized, there is no season-end inventory overhang.
→ BISP trailing twelve-month revenue stood at ₹179 cr., contributing 23% and reducing dependence
on the Indian summer.
→ Exports declined due to lower subsidiary and third-party sales, compounded by geopolitical and
shipping disruptions.
→ Gross margin and EBITDA margin remained resilient despite massive cost increases and supported
by pre-season stocking, favorable product mix and cost discipline.
→ Profitability improved, though the YoY comparison was impacted by ₹16.9 cr. higher other income
in Q1 FY26, comprising ₹4.7 cr. forex gain, ₹3.6 cr. treasury income and ₹8.5 cr. one-off income.
