Management
Y The global yarn industry navigated a quarter of unprecedented price volatility.
ComNmentary Geopolitical tensions in West Asia disrupted PTA and MEG feedstock markets, driving
R polyester yarn prices sharply higher, while cotton rose independently but no less
steeply, prompting the Government to temporarily waive the 11% cotton import duty
A with effect from June 1, 2026. Amid rapid rallies and heightened uncertainty,
downstream buyers deferred purchases in anticipation of a correction and industry
T operating rates moderated, though conditions began normalising from June as
demand and utilisation showed early signs of recovery.
E Against this backdrop, your Company delivered a steady operating performance.
Standalone EBITDA, anchored by our Silvassa plant, rose 35.52% year-on-year to
G ₹94.93 crore, underpinned by disciplined raw material procurement and deliberate
diversification across natural and man-made fibres. Consolidated performance
benefited from the continued scale-up at Punjab, with both facilities operating
without interruption through significant supply chain disruption. Our near-term focus
remains on strengthening efficiency and margins across all verticals.

Operational Update
Punjab Integrated Polyester Facility - Phase I Fully Operational
Phase I was fully operationalized and stabilized during the quarter. The response from the North Indian market has been highly encouraging
— reflected in strong product placement and new customer acquisitions, in line with our thesis. Focus now shifts to: (1) improving operational
efficiencies, (2) increasing the share of value-added products, and (3) commissioning Phase II, which will take total polymerization capacity at
Punjab to 950 TPD, reinforcing Sanathan Textiles' position as a leader in the North Indian textile ecosystem.
Raw Material Volatility
Crude oil volatility stemming from the ongoing Middle East conflict continued to weigh on the global petrochemical value chain, impacting
prices and availability of PTA, MEG, and fuel. Disciplined procurement planning and deep supplier relationships enabled the Company to
secure adequate feedstock and maintain operational stability, even as industry utilization levels moderated significantly. Cotton prices firmed
further amid global supply uncertainties and climate risks prompting the government to exempt import duty on raw cotton even as demand
remained resilient. We continue to manage exposure through calibrated procurement and inventory management.
Upcoming Projects
Technical Textiles Expansion at Silvassa: Installation of plant and machinery is complete, doubling installed capacity from 9,000 MTPA to
18,000 MTPA. Commercial production is expected to commence shortly, strengthening the Company's presence in higher-value technical
textile applications and enabling deeper integration across the value chain.
Cotton Project at Dhar, Madhya Pradesh: We remain committed to expansion across verticals amid resilient structural tailwinds, with our
planned greenfield cotton spinning project set to leverage Madhya Pradesh's favorable cotton ecosystem and Sanathan Textiles' proven
execution capabilities across diversified yarn segments.
