Ashish Shah & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, who was appointed as the Scrutinizer for the aforesaid Postal Ballot process, has submitted his Report on the remote e-voting. Based on the Scrutinizer's Report, the Special Resolution as set out in the Postal Ballot Notice has been passed by the members with the requisite majority. Accordingly, the aforesaid resolution shall be deemed to have been passed on Sunday, July 19, 2026, being the last date of completion of the remote e-voting process.
