The Company wishes to inform that operations at the said manufacturing facility have resumed. The Company is currently assessing the situation and evaluating the impact, arising from the heavy rainfall and flood-like conditions experienced as previously intimated in its communication dated July 24, 2026. The Company has insurance coverage and the incident has been duly intimated to the insurance company. The details as required under Listing regulations are provided in Annexure A enclosed herewith. Necessary cleaning, inspection, repair and remedial measures have been completed to ensure safe and smooth functioning of the facility. The Company has resumed operations and is closely monitoring the situation to achieve normalisation of operations.
