accordance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("'MCA") Circular No. 2/2021 dated 5th May, 2022, in
Business Standard (English) newspaper in July 22nd, 2026 editions regarding Notice of 39th Annual
General Meeting, information relating to e-voting, Dividend, Record date, cut-off date and Book Closure
of the Company.
