Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to above referred Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 as last updated on January 30, 2026 and in continuation of disclosure, regarding backward integration by establishing in-house upcast copper rod manufacturing capabilities, made in Company’s Prospectus dated December 18, 2025 on Page no. 221, we are pleased to inform you that effective August 04, 2026, the Company has commenced production of copper rods for captive consumption and warehouse at Company’s new in-house Upcast Facility, being Unit No. 5, situated at Gat No. 11/8 and 11/9, Village Biradwadi, Chakan, Tal. Khed, Dist. Pune. The details, as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD 1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as an Annexure A.
