About the Engagement: Under the Saas Model and hardware supply model, Purple Wave will Supply, Install, test and maintain Digital Advertising Display Kiosk (Standee) for a period of 5 year. Key Commercial Terms: Parameter Details Brand and Model Brand “SAIPUR” - Digital Signage Kiosk Total Units 1500 (Fifteen Hundred) Digital Display Standee Service Model Hardware supply and Content Management Service as a Software as a Service (Saas) Deployment Plan Supply, Installation, testing and Commissioning of 1500 Digital Display Kiosks (Standee) and CMS Software in 5 Years in PAN India in their authorised workshops. The proposed deployment of Digital Display Standees is planned in phases comprising 600 units in Year 1, 400 units in Year 2 and 500 units in Year 3, aggregating to 1,500 units.
