Dear Madam/Sir,
Sub. : Business Update for quarter ended June 30, 2026
Ref. : Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements),
Regulations 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”)
In accordance with SEBI Listing Regulations and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair
Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information in term s of Regulation 8 of SEBI (Prohibition
of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the following is the Business Update for the quarter ended
June 30, 2026 (“Q1FY27”):
Operational Highlights
The Company delivered steady operational performance during Q1 FY27, with total tonnage
managed growing by ~5.4% year-on-year (YoY) to approximately 1.40 million tonnes, reflecting
continued ramp-up in existing contracts and improved throughput across project locations.
Collection & Transportation (C&T) volumes rose ~5.1% YoY to ~0.55 million tonnes, while Processing
volumes grew ~5.5% YoY to ~0.85 million tonnes during the quarter. Core revenue growth of ~7%
underscores resilient demand and operational efficiencies amid seasonal and macroeconomic
challenges.
In Q1FY27, RDF sales stood at ~40,000 tonnes. The performance is not directly comparable with Q1
FY26, as the corresponding quarter had benefited from a meaningful contribution from the CIDCO
biomining project, which has been completed, resulting in a decline of around 28% YoY. Compost
sales remained broadly stable at approximately 6,000 tonnes.
Refinancing of ALREPL Term Loan at Significantly Lower Cost
During the quarter, the Company successfully refinanced the term loan of Antony Lara Renewable
Energy Private Limited, its material subsidiary operating the Pimpri Chinchwad Waste-to-Energy
facility (“PCMC WtE Facility”). The refinancing reduced the interest rate from 10.25% per annum to
8.25% per annum, resulting in a significant reduction of 200 basis points. This refinancing is expected
to meaningfully lower the interest burden at the subsidiary level, enhance free cash flow
generation, and improve overall returns from the WtE asset. The Company views this as a
significant step in optimising the capital structure of its WtE business.

Event Subsequent to Q1FY27 – Natural Calamity at PCMC Waste to Energy Plant
On July 8, 2026, the PCMC WtE Facility suffered a force majeure event. Exceptionally heavy and
incessant monsoon rainfall destabilised thousands of tonnes of municipal waste accumulated in a
legacy landfill located entirely outside the facility's boundary and the Company's operational
control, resulting in the collapse of this waste mass onto the site. The collapse resulted in structural
damage to the administrative building, within which 23 employees were present at the time.
Rescue operations were immediately mobilised, involving the National Disaster Response Force
(NDRF), the Indian Army, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) officials, the Fire
Brigade, and other emergency agencies. Fourteen employees were rescued from the debris.
It is with the deepest sorrow that the Company confirms the loss of nine lives. Each of them was a
cherished member of the Antony Waste family, and their loss is immeasurable. The Company
extends its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and is standing by them in every
possible way during this devastating time.
Support Committed to Bereaved Families
The Company has immediately undertaken the following measures:
1. Full funeral and last rites expenses will be borne by the Company, with complete respect for
each family's customs and wishes.
2. Financial assistance of ₹ 25,00,000 (Rupees Twenty-Five Lakh) per deceased employee will
be provided to the bereaved family, comprising ex-gratia support and applicable insurance
benefits.
3. Employment will be provided to the next of kin by offering a suitable position to an immediate
family member of the deceased.
4. Where no adult family member is in a position to take up employment, the Company is
committed to bearing the full educational expenses of the minor children of the family.
5. Medical coverage and necessary support will be extended to all injured employees for their
treatment and recovery.
The MRF and composting plant are now fully operational and ready to receive and process waste
from PCMC, demonstrating the Company’s ability to recover quickly and underscoring the essential
nature of its services and the strength of its team. The Company remains committed to the phased
restart of the remaining facility.
Further, updates on these efforts will be provided at the end of every quarter throughout the
current financial year.
Thanking you,
Yours faithfully,
For and on behalf of
