Brief details of litigation viz. The Company has received demand letters from the Directorate General name(s) of the opposing of Hydrocarbons (DGH), Government of India not granting further party, court/ extension of 4 blocks awarded under the OALP rounds of bidding and tribunal/agency where seeking payment of liquidated damages along with applicable interest litigation is filed, brief thereon. details of dispute/litigation; b. Expected financial The Company believes that it has valid grounds in the matter and is implications, if any, due to pursuing appropriate legal and other remedies available. compensation, penalty, etc. Further, the Company has requested DGH to refer the matter to the Committee for External Eminent Experts (CEEE) for resolution through conciliation/mediation. The financial impact, if any, arising from the aforesaid matter will be assessed and accounted for, as may be required, based on the outcome of the proceedings and in accordance with the applicable accounting standards. c.
