Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 and other applicable regulations, kindly find enclosed herewith the
Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26 along with the Notice
convening the 34th Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026 at
11:00 a.m. through electronic mode (video conference or other audio visual means) being
sent to the members through electronic mode.
Further, the aforesaid Annual Report along with Notice has also been uploaded on the
website of the Company at https://www.marksanspharma.com/pdf/marksans-annual-
report-2025-26.pdf
The Company is providing e-voting facility to its shareholders, in respect of all shareholders
resolutions, to be passed at the AGM. The e-voting period will start on Monday, August 24,
2026 at 09:00 A.M. and will end on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 05:00 P.M.
The facility for voting through e-voting system will also be made available during the AGM.
Members attending the AGM through VC / OAVM facility who have not cast their vote by
remote e-voting will be able to vote during the AGM.
