We have uploaded a copy of Annual Report 2025-26 containing notice of the Annual General Meeting, Board’s Report, Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report, Financial Statements along with Auditors’ Report thereon, etc. on Listing Portals of the Exchanges. 3. In terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would also like to inform that Record Date for the payment of final dividend for the financial Year 2025-26, if approved by the shareholders in aforesaid AGM, will be Friday, the 14th August, 2026. 4. As mandated by the Income Tax Act, 2025, unless otherwise exempted, Tax at Source (TDS) at applicable rates, shall be deducted at the time of making payment of the dividend. 5. In order to enable the Company to determine the appropriate TDS/ withholding tax rate applicability and to verify the documents and provide exemption, Members are requested to upload the requisite documents at https://ris.kfintech.com/form15/default.aspx on or before Record Date i.e. August 14, 2026. 6. Further, in terms of Rule 203 of Income Tax Rules 2026, if dividend income on which tax has been deducted at source is assessable in the hands of a person other than the deductee, then the deductee should file declaration with Company in manner prescribed by Rules. Any declaration towards the same shall be submitted to the Company at investors@hal- india.co.in on or before Record Date i.e. August 14, 2026. 7. No communication on the tax determination /deduction shall be entertained if communicated by shareholder after the due dates as mentioned above or on any other emails of the Company/ RTA or by any other mode. 8. Fresh Tax exemption documents, as applicable, has to be submitted by the shareholders on each dividend event to continue the claim of Tax benefits. In no case, Tax documents submitted by the shareholder on earlier occasions shall be considered for claiming Tax benefits on the payment of this Dividend. 9.
