Management Commentary (1/2)
“During the quarter, Texmaco reported an EBITDA was Rs. 81 Cr with a margin of 10.8% based on
standalone financials, representing an expansion of 161 bps YoY, reflecting the Company's focus on cost
optimisation and margin improvement. This performance was supported by improved profitability in Infra –
Rail & Green and Infra – Electrical business.
Revenue from Operations is Rs. 753 Cr with Infra – Electrical (Bright Power) business continued to perform
well, with Revenue increasing 76.8% YoY to Rs. 175 Cr.
Operationally, Texmaco delivered 1,054 Freight Cars during the quarter, Company also secured a diversified
Indrajit Mookerjee set of Indian and international orders across freight rolling stock, railway signalling, electrification and
Executive Director and transmission infrastructure. This increased the Company's order book to Rs. 9,923 Cr as on June 30, 2026,

strengthening revenue visibility across its businesses.
Looking ahead, the long-term outlook for the railway sector remains favourable. During the first quarter of
FY27, Indian Railways transported over 419 million tonnes of freight and generated corresponding Revenue
of over Rs. 47,700 Cr, reflecting sustained growth in rail logistics across a broad range of industries. As
freight demand continues to expand, Indian Railways is expected to further augment freight capacity and
modernise its network, supporting continued investments in rolling stock and rail infrastructure.
Texmaco benefits from its integrated capabilities across wagon manufacturing, rail infrastructure, foundry
products and engineering solutions. Combined with a geographically diversified order book, Texmaco
remains well positioned to capitalise on the long-term opportunities across the railway and infrastructure
sectors.”
Management Commentary (2/2)
“The quarter marked an important step in the execution of our long-term growth strategy, with meaningful progress
across key priorities. By strengthening the order pipeline through significant business wins, advancing strategic
partnerships and expanding technology capabilities, Texmaco's position is reinforced as an integrated rail and
infrastructure solutions provider.
Finance costs declined 18.2% YoY and 17.0% QoQ, Profit Before Tax increased to Rs. 44 Cr, registering a growth of
4.8% YoY, with margin expanding by 123 bps to 5.9%. Profit After Tax was Rs. 52 Cr, up 85.9% YoY, translating into a
margin of 6.9%, an improvement of 381 bps YoY.
During the quarter, the Company secured orders worth over Rs. 5,200 crore across Freight Rolling Stock, Railway
Sudipta Mukherjee Signalling, Electrification and Transmission Infrastructure, reflecting the increasing diversification of its business
portfolio and customer base. Supported by these order wins, the Company's total order book increased to Rs. 9,923

and other businesses. The order book also reflects the Company's long-term strategy of balancing its leadership in
wagon manufacturing with the expansion of complementary businesses, creating a more diversified business model
that enhances sustainability and margin resilience over the long term.
The Company also strengthened its strategic partnership with Trinity Rail Global Inc. through its participation in the
Touax Texmaco Railcar Leasing platform. By combining Trinity Rail's global leasing expertise, Touax's established
platform and Texmaco's manufacturing and engineering capabilities, the partnership creates India's first globally
benchmarked railcar leasing platform.
These initiatives are aligned with the Company's Vision 2030 roadmap, which aims to strengthen its core railway
businesses while expanding into adjacent areas across leasing, maintenance, digital engineering and international rail
solutions. Texmaco remains focused on converting its order book into execution, improving margins, developing long-
term customer relationships and building capabilities that broaden its participation across the railway value chain."
