We have informed NSE and BSE about the same previously in the outcome of the Board Meeting for adoption of Standalone Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 on August 14, 2025 which states “the Group’s Consolidated Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 could not be adopted as the subsidiaries of the Company, namely Andhra Pradesh Urban Infrastructure Asset Management Limited (APUIAML) and IL&FS Investment Advisors LLC have not provided their Limited Reviewed Results” 2.
