In view of the above and pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Tuesday, August 18, 2026 as the ‘Record Date’ for determining entitlement of shareholders for payment of final Dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The Final Dividend, if approved by shareholders at the ensuing AGM, will be paid subject to the deduction of tax at source at applicable rates, within 30 days from the date of AGM, to those Members / Beneficial Owners, whose names appears in Register of Members of the Company / Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories, on closure of business hours as on Record Date.
