The said show cause notice has been received by the Company on July 30, 2026. The Company believes that the imports were undertaken based on its bona fide understanding of the applicable Nature and details of the action(s) taken customs classification and is in the process of obtaining or order passed appropriate legal and technical advice. A detailed response will be submitted within 30 days from the date of receipt, and the Company will pursue all remedies available under applicable law.
