Mr. Bhandari had been associated with the Company as a Non-Executive Independent Director since August 10, 2018. His guidance, wisdom and valuable contributions towards the growth of the Company were deeply appreciated. His demise is an irreparable loss to the Company. The Company expresses its heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones during this difficult time. Consequent to his demise, the Company shall ensure the adequate reconstitution of the Board and its Committees, as applicable, within the timelines specified by law.
