Srikant, Secretary and Compliance Officer, as the Chief Compliance Officer for a period of three years with effect from that date, and re-designated him as Chief Compliance Officer and Company Secretary. Accordingly, Mr. P. N. Srikant will be completing his term as the Chief Compliance Officer of the Company on 10th August 2026. We wish to inform you that in compliance with provisions of the RBI (NBFCs – Compliance Function) Directions, 2026, and based on the recommendations of the Nomination, Compensation and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors has, at its meeting held today, re-appointed Mr. P. N. Srikant as the Chief Compliance Officer for a further period of five years w.e.f 11th August 2026. Mr. Srikant will continue to function under the designation of Chief Compliance Officer & Company Secretary. He was appointed as the Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f 1st June 2022 and re-designated as the Chief Compliance Officer and Company Secretary w.e.f 11th August 2023. In view of his rich experience and expertise in compliance and governance matters, he has been re- appointed as Chief Compliance Officer for a further period of five years w.e.f 11th August 2026.
