Consequently, the aggregate shareholding of the Company in Jupiter Tatravagonka Railwheel Factory Private Limited has increased from 98.06% to 100% of its total paid-up equity share capital, and accordingly, Jupiter Tatravagonka Railwheel Factory Private Limited has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The aforesaid information may be treated as compliance under Regulation 30 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
