Re-designation of Mr. Mahesh Fogla from Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company with effect from closing business hours of Monday, August 03, 2026, Consequent to the aforesaid re-designation, Mr. Mahesh Fogla shall cease to hold the office of Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) and Whole Time Director ( Key Management Personnel) of the Company with effect from the aforesaid date and shall continue on the Board in the capacity of a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.
