Consequently, the aggregate shareholding of the Company in Jupiter Tatravagonka Railwheel Factory Private Limited has increased from 98.06% to 100% of its total paid-up equity share capital, and accordingly, Jupiter Tatravagonka Railwheel Factory Private Limited has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
