Brief Profile Ms. Mini Ipe, Ex. Managing Director, Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), has rich and diverse experience of over 37 years in the insurance sector. She has worked in various capacities and handled important assignments with distinction. Her areas of experience include investments, claims, personnel, pension and group schemes (P&GS), finance and accounts, policy service, and regulatory compliance. She served as Zonal Manager In Charge of the South Central Zone, Hyderabad, and holds the distinction of being the first Lady Zonal Manager (In Charge) of LIC. She was recognized as one of “India's Top 100 Women in Finance” in the year 2000 by the Association of International Wealth Management of India. She serves on the Boards of PTC India Limited and PTC Financial Services Limited. She had served on the Board of Axis Bank Limited. Ms. Mini Ipe holds a master’s degree in commerce and has distinguished experience at Life Insurance Corporation of India across multiple leadership roles, including Chief Executive and Board-level positions.
