Revenue grew by 58 % YoY, supported by strong festive purchases during key occasions such as Akshaya Tritiya, Poila Baisakh, Baisakhi, along with the onset of the summer wedding season. Customer demand remained healthy across our markets during the quarter, supported by both consumption-led and investment-led purchases. We witnessed encouraging traction in our gold exchange business and D.P. Swarna Plus Scheme, reflecting customers' increasing preference for planned jewellery purchases and efficient monetisation of existing gold holdings. Following recent government announcements and heightened customer awareness, participation in gold exchange transactions strengthened further, with old gold exchange contributing approximately 25% of total sales in Q1 FY27.Expansion continues to remain a key pillar of our long-term growth strategy. We are steadily deepening our presence across high-potential markets through a disciplined store rollout approach. As we continue to execute our growth roadmap, we remain confident in the strength of our business model, customer base and focused expansion strategy. Supported by our strong brand Mr. SANTOSH KATARIA heritage, proven store economics and disciplined execution, we remain fully committed to our Chairman and Managing Director long-term vision and creating sustainable value for all stakeholders.” Consolidated Financial Highlights – Q1FY27 Total Revenue (₹ CR) EBITDA (₹ CR) Profit After Tax (₹ CR) 854 94 58% 70% 77% YoY YoY YoY Q1FY26 Q1FY27 Q1FY26 Q1FY27 Q1FY26 Q1FY27 R e v e n u e M i x b y C a t e g o r y Gold (₹ CR) Silver (₹ CR) Diamond (₹ CR) 781 40 59% 16 150% 7% YoY YoY YoY Q1FY26 Q1FY27 Q1FY26 Q1FY27 Q1FY26 Q1FY27 Standing Tall as Leaders in Footfall to Conversion Ratio 87% 87% 2,34,661 2,03,495 1,96,141 1,58,460 1,29,946 95,459 80,433 51,754 FY20 FY21 FY22 FY23 FY24 FY25 FY26 Q1FY27* Walk In Conversion % *As on 30th June 2026 Q1FY27 Store wise Footfall to Conversion Store Total Walk in Total Walk Out Conversion % Ajmer 2,020 340 83% Banswara 1,979 104 95% Bhilwara 2,049 350 83% Bhopal 4,555 905 80% Indore 10,141 2,048 80% Kota 3,588 697 81% Neemuch 3,134 523 83% Ratlam 2,857 152 95% Ratlam II 2,629 225 91% Udaipur 8,305 2,049 75% Ujjain 6,222 1,669 73% Dhar 4,275 983 77% Grand Total 51,754 10,045 81% A Glimpse into Elegance: Our Recently Opened Showrooms Dhar Ratlam • Inaugurated a new showroom in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, marking a strategic • Successfully Inaugurates a Second Showroom in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, expansion into a culturally significant jewellery market in Central India.
