The Company has received a copy of an enforcement petition filed by Oil name(s) of the opposing and Natural Gas Corporation Limited ("ONGC") seeking enforcement of an party, brief details of arbitral award dated July 31, 2023 passed in arbitration proceedings dispute/litigation; between ONGC and Vedanta Limited. At the hearing held on July 20, 2026, the Hon’ble court issued the notice to the Company to file its reply. No interim adverse order has been passed against the Company. The next date of hearing is September 11, 2026. c. Expected financial The arbitral award pertains to an amount of approximately USD 37 million implications, if any, due to applicable to the Company and its subsidiaries, which has already been compensation, penalty etc provided for in the books of account.
