(IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio- Visual Means (OAVM). The Notice of 50th AGM alongwith Annual Report 2025-26 shall be submitted in due course and will also be made available on the Company’s website www.nhpcindia.com, websites of Stock Exchanges i.e BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited at www.bseindia.com and www.nseindia.com respectively, and on the website of e-voting service provider i.e. M/s National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) at www.evoting.nsdl.com. In accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice of the AGM along with the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 will be sent by electronic mode only to those Members whose e- mail address(es) are registered with the Company/RTA/Depositories. Further, in compliance to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that: a) The Company has fixed Wednesday, August 12, 2026 as “Record Date” for determining entitlement of members to receive final dividend [as recommended by the Board of Directors @ 2.10% (₹0.21 per equity share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company] for the financial year 2025-26, if declared at the AGM. The members, whose name appear in the Register of Members/ List of Beneficial Owners as on the record date will be entitled to receive final dividend.
