Best Eastern Hotels Ltd has announced its 83rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on August 25, 2026, through video conferencing. The AGM will consider and adopt the audited balance sheet and profit and loss account for the year ended March 31, 2026, along with the report of the directors and auditors. A dividend of 10% on 10% Cumulative Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares will be declared for the financial year 2025-26. A director will be appointed in place of Mr. Vinaychand Yadavsingh Kothari, who retires by rotation and offers himself for re-appointment.
