The Thirty Seventh (37th) Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Indo Count Industries Limited (“the Company”) is
scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 25th August, 2026 at 12:00 Noon (IST) through Video Conferencing or Other
Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM) in compliance with MCA circulars.
Pursuant to Regulation 34(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI
Listing Regulations), please find enclosed herewith electronic copy of the Annual Report for the Financial Year
2025-26 along with the Notice of 37th AGM. The said Notice of the AGM and Annual Report are being sent today
i.e. 3rd August, 2026 by email to those Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/
Depository Participant(s). Further, in compliance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the
Company is also sending letters containing the weblink and QR code of the Annual Report for the Financial Year
2025-26 and the Notice of the 37th AGM to those Members whose e-mail Ids are not registered with the
Company/the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent/the Depository Participant(s) to access on the Company’s website.
The said Annual Report and Notice of AGM are also available on the website of the Company at

The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday,
18th August, 2026 to Tuesday, 25th August, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend.
The Company is providing remote e-voting & e-voting at AGM facility to the members through electronic voting
platform of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). Members holding shares either in physical form or
dematerialized form as on cut-off date i.e. Tuesday, 18th August, 2026 may cast their votes electronically on the
resolutions included in the Notice of 37th AGM. The remote e-voting shall commence from 9:00 a.m. (IST) on
Saturday, 22nd August, 2026 and shall end at 5:00 p.m. (IST) on Monday, 24th August, 2026.
