The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, 18th August, 2026 to Tuesday, 25th August, 2026 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of payment of dividend, if declared at the AGM for the financial year 2025-26. The Company has fixed: a) Monday, 17th August, 2026 as the ‘Record Date’ for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive dividend for the financial year 2025-26. b) Tuesday, 18th August, 2026 as the ‘Cut-off Date’ for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM.
