Quarterly Turnover increased by 45% Y-o-Y basis.
Mumbai, August 03, 2026: The Board of Directors at its meeting held today approved the Unaudited
consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
Quarterly Performance – Q1 FY2026-27
For the quarter ended June, 2026
Total Income increased by 45% to Rs. 11,346.58 lakhs as against Rs. 7,798.12 lakhs in the
corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Profit Before Tax (PBT) increased by approximately 35.36% to Rs. 253.65 lakhs from Rs.
163.95 lakhs in Q1 FY2025-26, reflecting strong operational performance.
Net Profit After Tax (PAT) attributable to owners of the Company increased by approximately
34.92% to Rs. 251.94 lakhs compared to Rs. 163.95lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the
previous year.
Earnings Per Share (EPS) Rs. 0.36 per share compared to Rs. 0.24 per share in corresponding
quarter of the previous year.
Key Operational Highlights
Quarterly Average sales realization per kg increased by 29%, to 74.04 from 57.04 year on year
basis. Quarterly Sales volumes increased by 11% to 14826 tons from 13318 tons on year on
year basis.

Commenting on the performance, Mr. Mahesh Fogla, Whole-time Director & Chief Financial
Officer, said:
“The Company has commenced FY2026-27 on a strong note, delivering healthy growth in all aspects
including growth in volume, revenue and profitability. The improvement in our operational and
financial performance reflects sustained focus on operational excellence.
The successful completion of the equity share buyback reflects the Board's conviction that the
Company's intrinsic value and long-term growth prospects remain compelling. The buyback also
demonstrates our disciplined approach to capital allocation while maintaining adequate financial
flexibility to support future business growth.
