Consequent to the aforesaid amalgamation, all the assets, rights, liabilities, obligations, records, undertakings and contracts of C B Management Services (P) Limited have vested in MUFG Intime India Private Limited by operation of law, which has accordingly succeeded to and continues to perform the functions of the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company. The same is not a fresh appointment of a Registrar and Share Transfer Agent by the Company but is consequent upon the amalgamation of C B Management Services (P) Limited with MUFG Intime India Private Limited and the vesting of all contracts, rights and obligations in MUFG Intime India Private Limited by operation of law. In order to formally record the continuation of the existing contractual arrangement, the Company has executed a Registrar and Share Transfer Agent Agreement with MUFG Intime India Private Limited on 31st July, 2026.
