CHAIRMAN’S SPEECH
61st Annual General Meeting
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen,
Thank you for taking the time to join us today.
On behalf of the Board of Directors and Management, I welcome you all to the 61st Annual
General Meeting of DLF Limited. We are conducting this meeting virtually in adherence with
the applicable laws and regulations.
This year is particularly special, as your Company celebrates 80 years of its journey. Founded
in 1946 on the eve of India’s independence, DLF has contributed to the nation’s economic
growth through pioneering urban development. As India marches towards its 100th year of
independence, we renew our pledge to play our role in realising the goal of Viksit Bharat 2047
as envisioned by our Hon’ble Prime Minister.
Your company has been built on the principles of trust, corporate governance, quality and
innovation and these guiding principles continue to drive us even today.
In Fiscal 2026, DLF delivered a strong performance across its development and annuity
businesses. It achieved new sales bookings of ₹ 20,143 crore and delivered a net profit of ₹
4,408 crore. The annuity portfolio now stands at approximately 50 million sq. feet and
continues to grow steadily.
Our Development and Annuity businesses continue to focus on growth and expansion in their
respective areas of operations. We remain confident of achieving our business goals, while
maintaining a cautious eye on the overall macroeconomic developments.
Under the visionary leadership of our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, the Indian
economy has maintained stability through intense global turbulence. Today, India continues
to shine brightly as a resilient beacon of growth on the world stage. The Government’s focus
on infrastructure unlocks opportunities in urbanisation through real estate. Your company’s
demonstrated track record, allow us to take advantage of these opportunities in future.
On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank the leadership team and all our employees for
their passion and commitment, which makes DLF stand apart year after year.
I also extend my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to all our valued customers, stakeholders,
bankers, business partners, Central and State governments for their continued trust and
support. I am grateful to my colleagues on the Board for their oversight, support and
guidance.
