The appointment was approved by the Company's Board of Directors at its mee(cid:415)ng held on July 27, 2026, based on the recommenda(cid:415)on of the Nomina(cid:415)on and Remunera(cid:415)on Commi(cid:425)ee. Mr. Desai succeeds Mr. Amit Srivastava, whose resigna(cid:415)on has been accepted by the Board and will take effect from the close of business hours on September 4, 2026. The Board placed on record its sincere apprecia(cid:415)on for Mr. Srivastava's dedicated leadership, valuable contribu(cid:415)ons, and commi(cid:425)ed service during his tenure with the Company. Bringing over three decades of experience in the automo(cid:415)ve manufacturing industry, including more than 17 years in CEO and senior leadership roles, Mr. Desai is widely recognized for driving opera(cid:415)onal excellence, strategic transforma(cid:415)on, business expansion, and sustainable profitability across global manufacturing organiza(cid:415)ons. Prior to joining Remsons Industries, Mr. Desai served as Execu(cid:415)ve Director & Chief Execu(cid:415)ve Officer at Pinnacle Industries Limited, where he led opera(cid:415)ons across five manufacturing facili(cid:415)es with complete P&L responsibility. Before that, he spent nearly a decade as Chief Execu(cid:415)ve Officer at CIE India, overseeing mul(cid:415)ple business divisions and ten manufacturing plants. He has also held senior leadership posi(cid:415)ons at GKN Sinter Metals Limited and Inteva Products India, building an impressive track record in automo(cid:415)ve manufacturing and opera(cid:415)onal leadership. Throughout his career, Mr. Desai has successfully led greenfield manufacturing projects, implemented Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma prac(cid:415)ces, driven cost op(cid:415)miza(cid:415)on ini(cid:415)a(cid:415)ves, advanced ESG-focused opera(cid:415)onal strategies, and cul(cid:415)vated high-performing teams while forging strategic partnerships with leading global OEMs. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, is a cer(cid:415)fied Six Sigma Black Belt, and has completed execu(cid:415)ve leadership programmes at the Indian Ins(cid:415)tute of Management Ahmedabad, along with advanced produc(cid:415)on management training in Japan and the United States.
