Notice of the 9th Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) The Resolution Professional convened the 9th Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) of M/s Telephone Cables Limited on 27th July 2026 at 3:00 P.M. at SCO 818, 1st Floor, NAC, Manimajra, Chandigarh, with the facility to participate through video conferencing (Zoom Platform). The agenda of the meeting, inter alia, included taking note of the minutes of the 8th CoC Meeting and the results of e-voting conducted thereon, deliberating upon the requests received from the Prospective Resolution Applicants for extension of the timeline for submission of Resolution Plans, and considering approval for extension of the due date for submission of Resolution Plans in accordance with Regulation 36B(6) of the IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016, along with discussion on any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
