operating efficiencies.
Network occupancy stood at 45.5% (excluding Raipur: 58.07%), while mature hospitals continued to deliver resilient
performance supported by steady patient footfalls and strong community trust.
Salt Lake strengthened its leadership in robotic-assisted surgery with over 800+ cumulative procedures, while Dum
Dum remained the highest-occupied hospital in the network, supported by its established renal transplant programme
with more than 700+ transplants completed.
Agartala expanded its oncology platform with PET Scan and Linear Accelerator facilities, completing over 700+
radiation therapy procedures, while Howrah has launched MAKO robotic knee replacement surgeries, supporting
higher realisations and improved patient outcomes.
Raipur continued to ramp up high-acuity specialties, including oncology, cardiology and transplant services, and
remains on track to achieve operational breakeven by Q3 FY27.
The overall strategy is focused on maintaining network occupancy at around 70%, improving ARPOB through a higher
