Accordingly, his association with the UPL Group will conclude with effect from August 31, 2026 after completing a successful tenure of four and a half years. During his tenure, Mr. Mike provided strong strategic leadership and played a significant role in advancing UPL's transformation journey through a sharper focus on innovation, customer centricity, operational excellence and sustainability. His leadership has strengthened the Company's global crop protection business and further reinforced UPL's commitment to delivering differentiated solutions that create long-term value for farmers, customers and other stakeholders worldwide. Mr. Mike will work closely with the senior management team to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities and continued seamless functioning of the Company's operations.
