Infra Engineering Limited (‘the Company’), have been struck off by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur, Ministry of Corporate Affairs under Section 248 of the Companies Act, 2013. a) H.G. Ajmer Solar Project Private Limited b) H.G. Bhiwadi Solar Project Private Limited c) H.G. Jalore Solar Project Private Limited d) H.G. Sanchore Solar Project Private Limited e) H.G. Jaipur Solar Project Private Limited The Company has received an intimation from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs at 03:04 P.M. on August 03, 2026, confirming that the status of e-form STK -2 in respect of the aforesaid companies has been changed to “Approved”. Consequent to the approval of the e-Form STK-2 and the striking off the names of the companies from the Register of Companies, the aforesaid companies have ceased to be the step-down wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company with effect from August 03, 2026. This aforesaid action will have no material impact on the operations or financial position of the Company. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 were already provided on March 19, 2026 and March 30, 2026.
