The Company has paid the aforesaid fine on July 13, 2026 vide NEFT SBIN126194377956. The matter relating to the delayed compliance was placed before the Board of Directors at its meéting held today, i.e., Monday, August 3, 2026. The Board deliberated upon the matter and took note of the delayed compliance under Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Board also took note of the communication received from BSE Limited and advised the management to ensure that, in the event of any technical glitch or system-related issue resulting in non-reflection or unsuccessful submission ofa ny statutory filing on the BSE Listing Centre portal, the same to be immediately brought to the notice of BSE Limited through appropriate written communication.
