Although the rainfall has presently become intermittent, the Company expects that normal operations will resume in approximately 10 to 15 days, subject to weather conditions and completion of restoration activities. The delay in resumption of operations is primarily due to flooding of the ground floor and underground areas of the plant The Company expects a gradual ramp-up of operations following completion of the restoration and recommissioning activities. The Company is taking adequate measures to ensure safety of equipments, materials and all personnel. We would keep the Sock Exchanges and all our stakeholders updated on any significant developments going forward and shall also keep informed as soon as the plant becomes operational. Temporarily disruption is owing to flooding and water logging at the factory premises caused by heavy rains. e Reason for Delay in Disclosure The operations of the plant was suspended due to flooding and heavy rains with effect from August 1, 2026. However, the same was intimated by the Plant to the Company on Monday, August 3, 2026. The delay in dissemination of the information was on account of Sunday being a weekly holiday at the Plant and both Saturday and Sunday being non-working days at the Company's Head Office. Upon receipt of the information on August 3, 2026, the Company undertook an immediate assessment of the operational and financial implications of the incident to determine its materiality under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations. Following such assessment, the Company has made the present disclosure without any undue delay.
