The above results have been reviewed by Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held on 03rd August 2026, These results have also been reviewed by the Statutory Auditors, as required under the SEEBI [Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, who have issued their report thereon with an unmodified opinion. 2. The above Financial Results have been preparad in accordance with IND-AS as precsribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies {Indian Accounts} Rules, 2015 as amended from time to tima. 3. During the quarter under review, the Company obtained approval of the Sharehalders thraugh Postai Ballot dated 24th May, 2028, for formulation of the "Texmaco Long Term Incentive Plan {LTIP} Scheme 2026" for Key Executives of the Company, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors. The Scheme envisages grant of options not exceeding 24,00,000 {Twenty-Four Lakh) options, in one or more tranches, from time to time. Further, the Company has received In-Princigle Approval from BSE and NSE on 9th July, 2026 and 10th luly, 2026, respectively. 4. Ason 30th June, 2026, the Company has 7 (Seven) Subsidiaries, 2 {two) Joint Venturas & 1{one) Associate. 5. The figures for the corresponding previous periods have been regroupedy reclassified wherever necessary, to make them comparable. 6.
